The Loures Real Estate Observatory is a tool open to the general public and professionals with an interest in this market, aimed at monitoring investment dynamics, prices, and income in this municipality.

It is the result of collaboration with Confidencial Imobiliário, an independent publication specializing in the production and dissemination of indicators on this market.

In addition to relevant news related to municipal current affairs, as well as other more general news related to the national real estate market, the Observatory provides a panel of statistical indicators developed specifically for this purpose, including a Price Index and a Housing Rent Index, both specific to Loures.
