[DEMO] Teixeira Duarte launches new residential project at Quinta de Cravel

With 95 apartments, the new development is set in a forest park (Quinta de Cravel), offering future residents the tranquillity of nature and proximity to the city.

This project includes more than 500 m² of wellness, socializing, work and leisure areas, whose uses have been strategically designed to serve the needs of the apartment, but which are not indispensable in everyday life. Whether it's working from home, having dinner with the family or relaxing with friends, these 500 m² decentralize the areas of the houses and act as a true extension of the apartments.

KORI Quinta de Cravel has several amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool on the roof of the building, the Green Bar, a sophisticated space for meetings and relaxing moments, and the Outdoor Lounge, which complements the Green Bar for outdoor gatherings. The Green Kitchen is a fully equipped and furnished kitchen available for receptions, with an adjacent outdoor space. The Work & Lounge, meanwhile, is a multifunctional environment, ideal for working and socializing, while the Fitness Area has cardio equipment and access to an outdoor area.
