Located at the intersection of Rua 14 de Outubro and Rua José Meneres, near Avenida da República, "Quadra" is a residential project scheduled for completion in March 2027.

Designed by the Fragmentos studio, the development will have 12 floors, two of which will be below ground level and will be occupied by a garage with 120 parking spaces. The ground floor will feature a space for shops and services, as well as a communal garden, and the remaining floors will be developed for residential use, comprising 119 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, with areas between 50 and 121 m².

"Quadra" is a source of great pride for us, the result of interdisciplinary work by several teams, with the aim of developing a quality product that meets market needs. With an excellent location, right in the center of Loures, where mobility and centrality are fundamental aspects, the project was designed to stand out as a benchmark in real estate," says Carlos Marnoto, head of Promiris in Portugal.

"Quadra" is promoted by Promiris, a Belgian company operating in Belgium, Spain, and Portugal, where it has already developed a series of real estate projects in Porto, Lisbon, and Loures, a city where it is also building, in partnership with fellow Belgian company Thomas & Piron, Loures Hills, a development with more than 200 apartments being built in the riverside area known as Cais do Cavaco.
