[DEMO] Belgian investors are building 251 apartments in Cais do Cávado

Promoted by Belgian groups Promiris and Thomas & Piron, Loures Hills is a project by the Saraiva e Associados studio. The first phase is well underway, with completion scheduled for the end of 2026. The second phase is expected to start in 2027.

With around half of the units already reserved after the first sales phase, the apartments still available range from one to five bedrooms, with areas between 62 and 278 square meters (m²), large terraces, and unique views over the city of Porto and the Douro River.

One of the most striking aspects of Loures Hills is its location on the banks of the Douro River, overlooking the historic area of Porto. The location and surroundings are enhanced by the creation of a central square, a two-hectare natural park, a walkway, a panoramic road, a viewpoint, fitness areas, picnic areas, recreational spaces, and direct pedestrian access to the new Rubi metro line station (under construction).
